The HRD effort of the RTM Technologies Pvt Ltd will have the twin objectives of providing necessary manpower to the educational Institutes and the IT sector for its growth and to improve the employability of the residents in both the sectors. The thrust areas are –

• To encourage and accelerate the use of Information Technology in schools, colleges, and educational institutions in the state, to enable the youth of the State to acquire necessary skills and knowledge of I.T., thereby making them highly employable. The I.T. Sector will be developed in order to provide increased employment opportunities.
• To promote setting up internet clubs for students in all educational institutions.
• To Promote Distance Education- In order to enable access of Centers of Learning to students "Anywhere, Anytime", initiative will be taken for promotion of distance education using electronic class rooms.
• Developing appropriate course material in Hindi as per requirement of different classes.
